We translate diplomas, transcripts or certificates for Citizenship and Immigration Canada and many other Canadian government and private organizations. Immigration offices, public schools, colleges and universities, employment agencies, employers in Manitoba may require your diploma or transcripts translated.
We do perform certified translations with affidavits, but Citizenship and Immigration Canada also requires a copy of your original diploma to be notarized and used for translation. Please read this for more information on this matter: copy notarization.

We offer walk-in services. You are welcome to come over during our business hours and leave your documents for translation. After the translation is done, you can pick the documents up or receive them by mail (free).
Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) specifically requires to have a copy of your original document to be certified (notarized) as a TRUE COPY by any local Notary Public. This copy is to be stapled to the certified translation.
